Hulverson Performance collects only the information reasonably needed to provide online fitness and nutrition coaching, communicate with clients, process membership activity, and improve the coaching experience.

- Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Application and onboarding information such as goals, schedule, training experience, food preferences, and coaching expectations.
- Weekly check-in information such as training completion, consistency, energy, sleep quality, wins, obstacles, and requested adjustments.
- Account information used to access the member area.
- Basic technical information generated when you use the website.
Payments
Payment details are processed by Stripe. Hulverson Performance does not store full card numbers or bank account details on this website.
Scheduling and client records
Scheduling may be handled through Calendly. Application, onboarding, and check-in information may be transmitted through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets used by Hulverson Performance for client administration.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide coaching, respond to inquiries, manage memberships, schedule consultations, track client progress, send service-related messages, and maintain business records.
Health information
This website is not intended to collect medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other sensitive medical information. Clients should use an appropriate healthcare provider or secure clinical system for medical matters.
Sharing
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that support the business, such as Stripe, Calendly, Google, and Netlify, or when required by law. Hulverson Performance does not sell personal information.
Data retention and requests
Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for coaching, business, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes. You may contact Hulverson Performance to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal retention requirements.
