Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms govern use of Hulverson Performance's website and online coaching services. By purchasing or participating in coaching, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching scope

Hulverson Performance provides educational fitness coaching, exercise programming, accountability, general nutrition guidance, and related support. Services are not medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using appropriate judgment, following exercise instructions safely, and seeking professional medical evaluation when appropriate. Stop an activity and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning symptoms or an injury.

Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must approve participation and any purchase.

Membership and billing

Recurring coaching plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and interval shown at checkout. Your membership continues until canceled. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

Coaching results

Results vary based on many factors, including consistency, effort, training history, nutrition, recovery, and individual circumstances. Hulverson Performance does not guarantee a specific physical, performance, or financial result.

Account access

Member login credentials are for the individual client and should not be shared. Hulverson Performance may suspend account access for misuse, fraud, nonpayment, abusive conduct, or material violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Programs, educational materials, worksheets, videos, and other coaching content are provided for the client's personal use and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or publicly posted without permission.

Changes

Hulverson Performance may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through the website or another reasonable method.

If a separate written coaching agreement contains different terms for a specific service, that agreement controls for that service.
